BeamMe captures the moments that make up a working life — the wins, the hard calls, the work no one saw — and holds them safely as a record you can draw on when it matters.
Most of what you build at work goes unrecorded. It's stranded in old documents, scattered across employer systems, fading from memory the moment you turn to the next thing. Then comes the interview, the review, the conversation that matters — and you're rebuilding your case from scratch. Again.
We built BeamMe to be the place that doesn't lose any of it.
BeamMe is the record of how you actually work — moment by moment, ready to draw on when it counts.
Everything you tell it — a thirty-second voice note, a CV, a hard week's worth of moments you'd otherwise forget — becomes an entry in a record that won't scatter. Across them, BeamMe finds the pattern that runs through your work: your Work Signature. And when it counts — an interview, a raise, a public post, a hard conversation — BeamMe draws on what you've recorded to make the case for you, in your own words. Never a blank page.

A record that grows with you.
BeamMe doesn't flatter. The whole point is the opposite: a system that tells you something true about how you work — sometimes uncomfortably true — until you see yourself clearly enough to act on it. The validation isn't ours to hand out; it's something you arrive at, from your own evidence.
Every output BeamMe produces is drawn from your own record. Not pattern-matched against anyone else's. Not invented to fill a blank. We never put a single word in your mouth that you didn't already say.
Your data is yours. What you log, the patterns BeamMe finds, the drafts you make — all of it is private by default.
Every conversation, every entry, every pattern, every draft. Private by default — nothing leaves your account unless you choose to publish it.
When and what to publish, where it appears (LinkedIn, X, Reddit, anywhere), who can see your profile, and whether anything stays at all.
BeamMe uses Anthropic's Claude to listen, remember, and reflect. Your data is processed in encrypted sessions and is never used to train public AI models. Patterns are drawn from your own record alone — never compared against anyone else's.

Export your data any time — every entry, every read, every archive — as a single JSON download. Delete all your data anytime; once you do, it's gone. No quiet retention, no shadow copies. (Removing your account login itself? Email us and we'll handle it within 48 hours.)
