Join the Founding Community
BeamMe is the record of your work, ready for the moments that count. We're looking for 100 Founding Members.
It's for you if:
- You're better at doing the work than explaining its full value.
- You've realized that just doing great work isn't enough anymore.
- You see your career as something that should compound, not just continue.
- You know transitions are always opportunities, and you're never starting from zero.
- You dislike the performance of social media, and prefer to be seen through evidence of your actual work.
We're not done building BeamMe. The first 100 Founding Members will help decide what it becomes.

The deal
The Founding Community is limited to 100 people. First-come, first-served.
If you join, we'll email you instructions on how to get into BeamMe shortly.
Founding access is free during the founding period: no payment, no card on file, nothing to cancel later.
In return, we ask you to log at least one work experience a week, and try Work Signature and Positioning when they're ready for you.
Most importantly: give us feedback. Tell us what's working for you and what isn't, and answer the occasional short survey.
Stay with us as BeamMe evolves. That's the whole point of building this together.
And if at any point this stops being useful or you want out — just say so. No friction, no guilt.
FAQs
About the product
What does BeamMe do?
BeamMe captures the value you build at work and keeps it ready for the moments that count. The best card players keep a record of every hand they've played — wins, losses, reads, surprises. BeamMe is that for your work life. Every moment you log goes into your record. The patterns across it become your read of yourself. And when the stakes are high — the interview, the raise, the conversation that matters — your record is there.
How does it work?
You log quick moments by voice or text — one sentence is enough; the conversation deepens from there. After about five moments, BeamMe walks you through arriving at your Work Signature — the through-line across your work, named in your own words and grounded in your own evidence. From there, BeamMe puts it to work: positioning language for LinkedIn, evidence-backed resume drafts, briefs for high-stakes conversations, and posts when you're ready to share publicly.
Still curious? Read How BeamMe Works for the full picture.
Why should I try it?
To stop renting your reputation from employers, and start owning the evidence of your value. And never have to start from zero again.
About privacy
Will my entries be used to train AI?
No. Not by us, not by the AI providers we use. Your entries are not part of any AI model's training data, and never will be. The AI we use (Anthropic's Claude) is only making the synthesis — it doesn't keep your data or learn from it.
What other companies touch my data?
Five, named here so nothing is hidden:
- Lovable Cloud (our hosting, built on Supabase) — where your archive is stored.
- Anthropic (Claude) — synthesizes your record. Doesn't retain or learn from your data.
- OpenAI Whisper — transcribes voice recordings. Doesn't retain or learn from your data.
- Resend — sends emails (sign-in confirmations, re-engagement notes you've opted into).
- Google — only if you choose to sign in with a Google account. We don't use Google for anything else.
No advertisers. No data brokers. No analytics platforms beyond what's needed to run the site.
Is BeamMe a finished product?
No — BeamMe is in invite-only beta. Features change, pricing isn't set, and we're still learning what works. The privacy practices on this page are firm and won't change without notice.
What about the confidentiality of my work projects?
When BeamMe asks you What happened?, it's only interested in how you think and operate, not the confidential details of what you worked on. You log how you spoke up in a meeting, not the meeting's contents. You log the kind of conflict you navigated, not the parties involved. You log the type of decision you made under pressure, not the proprietary information that informed it.
What if I work somewhere with strict NDAs?
Never share confidential information: not with BeamMe, not with anyone. BeamMe is much more interested in figuring out how you keep your values first and foremost when you solve a problem, and when you let a problem persist. When you step up or stand back.
Logs about work outside of work — like building a flower bed or learning a new hobby — can say as much about you as logs about your job. The pattern is yours. The specifics stay confidential.
Where does my data live?
Your evidence is private to you by default. BeamMe is a personal record, not a social platform. Nothing you log gets broadcast or shared with other users. You decide what to surface — in a brief, a resume, a public post — and when.
What will you do with my information?
We store it in a private, secure archive. The patterns BeamMe finds come from your own record alone — never compared against other users, never trained on by any AI. We never sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for marketing.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. Anytime. Both are self-serve from your wallet — export downloads a JSON of everything you've ever logged or generated; delete wipes all your data (every entry, every read, every archive). Your evidence belongs to you, including the right to take it with you or erase it.
